Pastor Perry has witnessed God restore many lives through the teaching of the Word. He ministers in multiple services as people gather to receive biblical instructions for their lives. Word of Restoration Christian Fellowship is and has been a thriving and growing ministry since its inception in February 2001. Pastor Perry strongly believes with the Ministry's present success, the best is yet to come. Under the leadership of Pastor Perry, WRCF has purchased 44 acres of land to carry out the vision and build "The City of Restoration."

Pastor Perry is also Founder of the Men of Honor Fellowship Ministry, which is a ministry open to men from all walks of life. It is an outreach that ministers to men through strategic teaching, talk shows, small groups and social events. Pastor Perry credits the progression of the Ministry to faith in God, obedience to God, the wisdom of God, the anointing of the Holy Spirit, wise planning and counsel, and the significant help of his wife and partner in ministry.

Pastor Perry resides in Fresno, Texas, with his wife Charlette and their two wonderful children, Belinda and Caleb, and one granddaughter Kennedi. He believes that when God restores your life, you shall have "Double for your Shame."
