First Lady Charlette Perry is a native of Fresno, Texas. She is a co-laborer with her husband, Pastor Charles E. Perry, Jr., who is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Word of Restoration Christian Fellowship in Rosharon, Texas. First Lady Perry is a gifted teacher of the Gospel and is spiritually gifted to encourage, to uplift, and to intercede for women to answer the Call to Virtue and Knowledge. She is the lead teacher of Triumphant Women of God, which is a ministry that she founded and nurtured in April of 2002. In this ministry, First Lady Perry has implemented powerful, encouraging and uplifting teaching sessions in a non-traditional environment. These sessions consist of live talk shows, participatory teaching sessions, anointed praise and worship service and excellent fellowship to bless and prepare women for a victorious Christian walk and to celebrate wholesome Christian fellowship among women.

She successfully coordinates a convention like none other, which provides impacting workshops to bless and enhance the lives of women.

First Lady Perry has become a sought after teacher and conference speaker. She is an established author enhancing the lives of God's people through the Word of God. She is the proud author of three books entitled: The Characteristics of a Priceless Woman, The Call to Virtue, and Chosen from the Womb

She also has a vision to do a weekly broadcast for women entitled: Triumphant Living Today Broadcast.

First Lady Perry resides in Fresno, Texas, with her husband and ministry partner Pastor Charles E. Perry, Jr. They have two children, Belinda Faye and Caleb, and one granddaughter Kennedi.
